Moletse graduated with a B Com with majors in Industrial Psychology, Business Economics and Labour Law, and attained competency in several courses such as VIP Payroll, conducting disciplinary hearings, TASK Grading and Job Evaluation, Conflict Management and Executive Leadership Management Development. A registered assessor and facilitator with the LGSETA.
He possesses over 15 years of extensive generalist experience in Human Resource administration, management and Consulting He went into management consulting with more focus on human Resource consulting including Organisation Development, Labour Relations and Performance Management.
He has strategic leadership experience having served as a board member in the Corporate and NGO environment. He also has experience in the establishment and administration of workplace bargaining forums development of organisational structures and job profiles including job evaluations, managing employee wellness programmes, wage negotiations, chairing and, initiating disciplinary cases, and representing the employer at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils
Dr Senoamadi is a human resources expert across the total value HR value chain, with more than 20 years of experience in Human Capital Development, Human Resource Management focusing on Organisational effectiveness, Labour Relations, Work Place Restructuring, Skills Development, Diversity Management, employment equity, BBBEE, negotiations, change management and Strategic leadership development, in in the private and public sector.
He has proven abilities to lead strategy development and the dexterity to create the management framework, supporting policies, systems, and procedures that will enable the organizational capability to achieve overarching business objectives. He holds Bachelor’s Degree (Wits), MA ISW (Wits), MBL (Unisa SBL), and PhD (UJ). Dr Senoamadi is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and the South African Board of Personnel Practitioners (SABPP)
